NETWORKS IN MOTION LEASES NEW HQ OFFICES IN IRVINE CA

Networks In Motion Starts Improvements on Offices in the Irvine Spectrum

Irvine, March 25, 2005

Networks In MotionTM, the award winning Wireless Navigation and LBS company, today announced that it has signed a long-term lease for its new corporate headquarters. NIM will occupy the second floor of the landmark 35 Tesla building, located in the Irvine Spectrum technology center.

“We are excited about moving into our new offices, which will support the growth we have been experiencing,” said Doug Antone, President and CEO of Networks In Motion. “The Tesla building will make an excellent home for our team with its innovative use of light and glass to provide a natural light working environment, and the property’s exceptional silhouette stands out from the other low rise buildings,”

Networks In Motion will occupy the second floor of the 36,000 square foot Tesla building. The Third floor atrium common space will contain a café and informal work and meeting area. Located at the corner of Irvine Center Dr and Tesla Way, the offices are close to the Irvine Spectrum entertainment complex, Santa Ana Airport, and the San Diego freeway. Move-in is expected to be in late June, following the completion of the build out of the space which will include corporate offices and working development labs.
